Long before he built a business making truly natural, from-scratch ice cream, Marcus was a student dedicated to the study of cell culture on his way to earning a Food Science Bachelor's Degree and a Masters in Nutrition.

Far from your everyday ice cream man, Marcus’ approach to creating his own brand stems from a love of simple ingredients, the freedom to create something new and the feeling of satisfaction that comes from getting something ‘just right’.



Made by Marcus uses locally sourced dairy from Vital Greens Farm and naturally grown ingredients to create truly unique, made-from-scratch ice cream; no shortcuts, mixes, preservatives or comparison.
We believe that the only way to make ice cream is from scratch. That’s why we make every part of our ice cream in-house, using natural ingredients in unbelievable combinations.
